May Floral Design Class
Mother's Day
Give Mom a floral design class you both can enjoy! Our class on May 23rd will be a glass bowl adorned with crystals around the outside, a matching crystal bow, 14 roses and other beautiful flowers and greens.
All materials are included in the price of the class and all pre-cutting and gluing is done in advance. Class will be taught by Mimi Hamilton who's formal training in design of flowers stems from many years in the hotel industry. She has had 26 years of design experience in both fresh and silk flowers.
LOCATION: Roberts School Community Center
COST: $30.00 for City of Acworth Residents and $35.00 for non-City residents

Come out and join us for this exciting and unique class! Participants will create a beautiful floral arrangement for their home, office, or as a gift for a loved one.
The April class will be making a Milk Painted Window Box

The year is already coming to a close and the holidays are playing out. We had a fabulous employee holiday party with TumbleBus which you can see on the Events page. In addition, the 2012 final workshop was conducted at the Acworth Parks and Rec center and you can see those pictures on the Workshops page.
January will start a new year with Silk Floral Designs by Mimi and the classes at Acworth Parks and Recreation restart. Join Mimi and her students as as they continue to learn more in the art of silk floral designs. Come out and join us for this exciting and unique class!

Mimi's Workshops have been so successful that she has expanded them to the social groups in the area such as Church groups and other clubs. If your group would like to have Mimi conduct a workshop for them, please contact her for a consultation.
